While our sitters do have a medical background, this is only to provide parents comfort and a peace of mind while they are away. Nurse Nanny is not a home health company and our sitters do not provide nursing services or other medical care, except in emergency situations and at no additional charge over and above standard charges for childcare. In addition, we do not provide childcare while children are sick.

Anna Kate

Founder, Nurse Nanny

Founder Anna Kate Williams grew up in Jackson, MS and has always loved caring for children and being a part of their childhood. She knows how precious the lives of children are and believes they deserve the very best care. Who better to watch over a child than the skilled and caring hands of a health care personnel?

She started this small business in hopes of creating a system for the community of Jackson parents to trust and value.

She relocated to Memphis, Tennessee in the fall of 2023. She works as a nurse at Le Bonheur Children's Hospital and runs Nurse Nanny remotely.

Chief Operating Officer

Taylor Glascoe

Taylor is from Brandon, MS. She graduated from Brandon High School and attended Jones Community College where she played soccer. Taylor graduated from the University of Mississippi Medical Center, and is a registered nurse at Children's of Mississippi on the pediatric step-down unit.

Mackenzie Byrd

Mackenzie is from Brandon, MS. She graduated from Brandon High School and attended Hinds Community College. Mackenzie graduated from the University of Mississippi Medical Center, and is a registered nurse at Children's of Mississippi on the pediatric cardiac step-down and surgery unit.

Head of Memphis

Grace Parker

Grace is from Jackson, MS. She graduated from Jackson Preparatory School and attended Mississippi State University for a degree in interdisciplinary studies. Grace graduated from the University of Mississippi Medical Center, and is a registered nurse in a pediatric intensive care unit in Memphis.

What To Expect

Our mission is not only to provide the best and safest care to your children, but to also spread love and instill good values. We know how hard you work as parents to protect your children and raise them to be strong, kind, confident, and independent boys and girls. We want those efforts to continue and to be reinforced while you are gone. It is our hope that your children will look up to and love our babysitters. All of our sitters are background checked, CPR certified, and undergo an interview selection process. The background checks are completed either directly by Nurse Nanny or by their professional schools and healthcare employers

It was so nice to have a night away and not have to worry about Annie. She was so encouraging, too, since we’re first time parents still figuring things out. We’re huge Nurse Nanny fans!

How To Pay

We want to make paying just as easy as it is to get us to babysit! Our nannies will be able to calculate and collect your payment after the service just how you would check out at a store. We accept all forms of credit and debit card payments through Square.
