Nurse Nanny

Services Agreement & Terms of Service

Nurse Nanny, LLC connects families seeking babysitting and childcare services with registered nurses and other healthcare trained professionals. By contracting with Nurse Nanny, Client agrees:

1. To pay all sitters through Nurse Nanny using the Square app or such other payment methods as approved by Nurse Nanny.

2. To pay a $25 cancellation fee for any cancellations within 24 hours of appointment.

​

3. To the maximum extent permitted by law, to release, indemnify, waive liability, and hold harmless Nurse Nanny, its members, managers, agents, and employees, including its sitters, from any and all claims, actions, losses, or damages, arising from or in connection with services provided, specifically including claims accruing to or made on behalf of the minor child or children receiving babysitting or childcare services or other family members or legal guardians. In addition to the foregoing, release, waiver, and agreement to indemnify, under no circumstances shall Nurse Nanny, its members, managers, agents, or employees, including sitters, be liable to any party for any claim in excess of the fee collected by Nurse Nanny for the date on which such claim arises.

4. That this services agreement shall be governed under the laws of the state of Mississippi.

5. That Nurse Nanny, LLC is not providing or offering to provide nursing or any other healthcare services and that no sitters are offered for employment or shall be employed in a nursing capacity. Any nursing or other healthcare services provided shall be limited to emergency situations and shall be at no additional cost over and above standard charges for childcare services.
